Account Registration & Verification

Seller Responsibilities

Sellers are solely responsible for the accuracy of product information, pricing, images, availability, warranties, and delivery commitments. Sellers must ensure that products listed on EasyDekho comply with applicable laws and are not prohibited or illegal. EasyDekho does not guarantee the quality, authenticity, or legality of seller-listed products.

Buyer Responsibilities

Buyers are responsible for verifying product details, seller credibility, pricing, and delivery terms before placing an order. Any communication or transaction carried out through EasyDekho is done at the buyer’s discretion. EasyDekho encourages buyers to communicate only through verified contact details shown on the platform.

Orders, Payments & Tracking

EasyDekho provides tools for order confirmation, payment facilitation, and order tracking. Payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways. EasyDekho does not store sensitive payment information. Any disputes regarding payment, delivery, or order fulfillment must be resolved between the buyer and seller.

Cashback & Affiliate Services

EasyDekho offers cashback through affiliate partnerships with third-party platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, and others. Cashback is subject to tracking, confirmation, and approval by the respective affiliate partner. EasyDekho does not guarantee cashback amounts or timelines, and cancelled, returned, or modified orders may result in cashback cancellation.

Reviews & Ratings

EasyDekho allows users to post reviews and ratings based on genuine experiences. Users must ensure that reviews are honest, accurate, and non-offensive. EasyDekho reserves the right to remove reviews that are misleading, abusive, or violate platform policies.

Limitation of Liability
